- Malaysian citizen or resident: wennaz4404 services are available to individuals residing in Malaysia. You will need an active Malaysian phone number to receive the OTP verification code during registration.
- One account per person: Each individual is only permitted to register one account at wennaz4404. Creating multiple accounts is a serious breach of our terms and may result in all associated accounts being terminated. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" function or contact our support team.
- Accurate and valid information: All information you provide during registration — full name, phone number, email — must be accurate and consistent with your identification document. This information will be verified during the KYC process for your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain limit.
- Payment account in your own name: The payment method you use for deposits — whether Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX bank account — must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
